Kinesiology Taping

Overview

Kinesiology taping uses elastic, adhesive tape applied in specific patterns over muscles and joints. It provides support and stability while allowing full range of motion, making it ideal for injury recovery, postural correction, and sports performance. The tape lifts the skin to improve lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling. At S4 Spine, taping is used as part of a broader treatment plan alongside manual therapy and exercise to accelerate recovery.
