Cupping Therapy

Overview

Cupping therapy uses suction cups placed on the skin to create negative pressure, drawing blood flow to the area and releasing deep muscle tension. It is effective for chronic back pain, neck stiffness, sports-related muscle soreness, and myofascial restrictions. At S4 Spine, we use both dry cupping and glide cupping techniques as part of a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your condition.
