Vestibular Rehabilitation

Overview

Vestibular rehabilitation addresses benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), vestibular hypofunction, and other balance disorders. We use canalith repositioning maneuvers, habituation exercises, and gaze stabilization to reduce dizziness and improve balance.

Diagnosis-specific protocol (BPPV vs hypofunction)

Epley or Semont maneuver for BPPV

VOR and habituation exercises

Recovery & Maintenance

Home exercise program and fall prevention
